program selection system

This is the home page for the Agile2008 program selection system. We invited you to propose ideas for conference sessions here - before our session deadline February 25th - this date has now passed so we are no longer accepting new session proposals. However, our contracted sponsors can still use the system to upload the details of Vendor talks. Plus any musicians can upload details of what they can bring to the Muzik Masti stage.

We applied the core agile principles of iterative development and feedback to our review process. All proposals were open to review by the agile community and expert reviewers. Please create an account and once you are logged in then you can browse sessions and reviews.

Our program is organized using the metaphor of a music festival. You can more read about the stages concept and also the overview of what types of sessions we are looking for.

Selection decisions have been made by the stage producers based on the reviews and what’s a good fit for the audience they expect at their stage. To support this, each producer is working with their own team of expert reviewers (as listed on the main conference website). We had excellent response to our call for participation with 1000 sessions proposed so even sessions which are highly rated have not make it into the final program.

Acceptance notifications have been sent out to presenters and our full program is published on the website.
