This is the story how we at Berteig Consulting used OpenAgile to become more effective, control some of the chaos, and learn even more about how to use Agile to run a small business. We are not a software company, so using Agile methods meant using a more broad type of Agile known as OpenAgile. I joined the company and was responsible for making our small business more effective and better organized. This presentation will give an overview of the OpenAgile method and how we applied it.
