While a lot has been written about moving development teams to Agile, there is limited literature on helping product management teams shift from Waterfall to Agile models. Product managers often lack the mentors, experience and organizational models to be successful as their technical teams demand new artifacts and processes. This talk will cover how Agile Product Managers need to think and work differently, emerging conflicts between Product Managers and Product Owners, and opportunities for Agile to change how companies plan/market/sell their solutions.
