Ole works as an independent Agile mentor for a number of organisations in Denmark. Ole is a co-founder and Board member of APLN and a co-author of the DOI. He is an Honorary Member of the DSDM due to his contribution to the Agile Project Leadership Certification program. Ole founded and still runs the Danish Agile User Group with 150+ members, he is a frequent speaker at conferences and he likes to write articles about his work - displayed on www.olejepsen.dk.
