Am a agile practitioner and a Coach. Got introduced to agile after a failure in a big project to us standard water fall that got me to retrospect and find problems we had and solutions. Got introduced to Agile/XP and incorporating specific practices of XP into our development process. Over the past 4 years I have been using Scrum as the planning framework with XP for development practices.
Have been coaching and helping organizations in India transition to Agile and have transitioned teams of about 200 - 300 member teams to adopt Agile with Scrum and/or XP organization wide.
