Short Bio: I am the president of Urbancode, Inc., developers of Anthill one of the original Continuous Integration servers released back in July of 2001. Over the last 6 or so years, Anthill has led the Continuous Integration and Build Management space technologically. Early on, there were many wiki pages entitled “What Cruise Control can Lear from Anthill.” Today, the latest generation of Anthill (AnthillPro 3.x) continues to push the technology forward by offering features beyond Continuous Integration and Build Management. I led the development of the original Anthill OS, and led the team that developed succeeding generations of Anthill, including AnthillPro 2.x and 3.x. I’ve spoken on topics of Continuous Integration, dependency management, build management and other development related topics at industry trade shows including the No Fluff Just Stuff conference tour, and the SD East and West conferences. As a published author on the subject of Continuous Integration, Build Management, Deployment Automation, and related topics, I am one of the thought leaders in this industry. Being the president of one of the leading companies in this space provides me with real world experience working with hundreds of customers that implement Continuous Integration, Build Management, Deployment Automation, and Release Management.
