Short Bio: I am a San Francisco-based Agile consultant and team coach, focusing mainly on startups and internet companies. I started using Extreme Programming as a developer in 2000 and have been attending Agile conferences since they started in the US in 2001. I have been energetically involved in the community, especially via mailing lists, and I have also been active in my local user group. At Agile Universe 2004, I co-presented the well-reviewed workshop “UI Design in an Agile Process”. I’m really looking forward to this year’s conference!
