Nicole guides people and teams, and has a background in mathematics and programming.
She has worked in software development for over 20 years, in a variety of roles (programmer, project manager, coach) and environments. In the past couple of years she coached new and existing teams in Scrum and XP practices in various R&D environments. She is currently coaching an entire organization to adopt an Agile way of working.Nicole is an energetic workshop and retrospective facilitator. She runs workshops for clients and at conferences. She co-organizes XP Days Benelux and reviewed sessions for Agile2008.
After living in France and the USA, Nicole now lives and works in The Netherlands.
