I’ve used agile methods to manage teams at Google, Stopfinder.com, and now I’m trying to working at PlateSpin to get agile methods working in full force here. My current part-time quest at PlateSpin is to get acceptance test automation up and running, as well as encouraging developers to do TDD via education (like a testing on the toilet program) and leading by example.
I’d love to hear experiences from the crowd at this event, and I have experience in automating functional tests in Django for web applications that I hope will be a good contribution to the discussion.
