Short Bio: After 20+ years at HP, I became an independent consultant in 2005. I employ retrospectives as a key tool in work with groups or organizations who want to perform at their highest level - creating collaborations, planning, managing programs/projects and helping organizations to be more agile. I also provide coaching for individuals, one-to-one and through Personal Retrospective workshops. I initiated both the Agile and Retrospective SIGs at Hewlett Packard and led the groups until leaving the company. I’m on the leadership team of Bay Area Agile Project Leadership Network and am a co-founder of Agile Open California.
