Mike Stout is an Agile Coach, Mentor and Trainer that works with several software development teams at Sabre-Holdings. He has 18 years of experience in the IT industry spanning many aspects of software development. Prior to his role of Agile Coach he worked as an software developer, development manager and software architect.
Mike has been applying Agile principles on development projects since 2001. He works closely with developers, marketing, testing, and delivery organizations to optimize results through application of agile values and principles. He has worked with more than 16 product suites across Sabre-Holdings. These teams range in size from very small 2 person development teams to teams with 30 developers. Most of these teams are global teams and have very different levels of Agile maturity.
