Working in the Software Business since 1981 as programmer, team and project lead, architect and mentor with communication software, compilers and development tools, processes and organisations with Ericsson as an employee and a lot of other companies as a consultant. Started with RUP in the 90’s (actually even Objectory, Ivar Jacobssons forerunner…), and was impressed by the effects of incremental and iterative development models.
Together with a college started our own company, now Responsive Development Technologies (http://www.responsive.se), in 1999 to focus on mentoring and refactoring development teams, persons and organisations to Agile with a focus on the team, product and organisational dimensions.
Scrum Master, running a Coder’s Dojo (http://dojo.responsive.se), active on national and international conference (two Open Space sessions at Scrum Gathering 2007, presenting at Agile i Sverige 2007), occassional blogger at http://www.responsive.se/thomas.
Very interested in the areas of extending agile to large systems developement, product management and planning, and making whole companies take the plunge into Agile.
