Short Bio: Chris Spagnuolo is a Senior Project Manager and Agile Evangelist with Data Transfer Solutions in Fort Collins, Colorado. With more than a decade of experience in the geographic information systems (GIS) industry, Chris is well versed in nearly all aspects of GIS projects. In both 2002 and 2006, Mr. Spagnuolo was awarded Best Analytical Presentation at the ESRI International Users Conference. In addition to his analytical work, Chris’ expertise includes enterprise GIS system architecture and design, database design and development, and application development. Chris is a strong advocate and evangelist for agile practices in software development. He is the author of a widely read blog on agile practices called Chris Spagnuolo’s GeoScrum.
