Short Bio: Currently I am a Senior Technical Project manager at MyBoeingFleet.com, one of Boeing’s top extranet websites. After graduating from Washington State College ( ‘96), I was hired by Boeing as an Electrical Engineering, and moved into software engineering shortly after that. After obtaining senior status at Boeing, I left to join WRQ in Seattle, and after 3 successful years there I moved onto Classmates.com to obtain e-commerce experience. After their acquisition by United Online, I tried my luck in New York, where I worked at a financial firm in New York as a Senior Developer/Project Manager supporting the loan generation system. I grew weary of the weather and population density, and moved back to my adopted hometown, Seattle, WA.
Throughout my career as a Developer and PM I’ve emphasised an organic approach to software, growing and triming systems as a master gardener would, and I am currently evangelizing Agile at Boeing and much to my surprise it is actually working. I reside in Federal Way, Washington, with my three terrific kids, a wife, and two cats.
