Short Bio: I began to apply and promote evolutionary design practices at Microsoft in the 1990’s. In 2001 I started practicing Scrum, and since there was no clear consensus about what sorts of workflows went well with Scrum, naturally I chose Design for Six Sigma. In 2004 I upgraded from Scrum to my first continuous-flow kanban system. In 2007 I helped David Anderson roll out new kanban systems at Corbis, including an enterprise-scale ERP implementation.
