Prior to joining Rally, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Professional Services at SolutionsIQ, where he was responsible for leading the company’s world-class software development practices, and he created its Agile consulting practice, among others. Evan also served as CTO of Versatile Mobile Systems (VMS), a publicly traded software company, which he joined as a result of the company’s acquisition of Mobiquity, an e-commerce startup where he was a co-founder and CTO.
