I have been a student of organizational change and culture for better than 20 years. I work as senior consultant to large scale (multi-thousand people) enterprise Agile implementations, and to teams that want to grow better together. I have a need to work at all organizational levels, and get a thrill out of helping catalyze and lead enterprise transformations.
I have coached a dozen or two Agile teams, trained a few thousand folks, and studied scores of Agile teams of all different stripes, sizes, dispositions and temperments. I especially focus on the role of managers / executives’ in an Agile world, organizational culture and its effects, and team coaching approaches. I have been trained in leadership coaching, organizational systems coaching, and a few more exotic disciplines we can talk about after hours. I am also a certified professional facilitator.
