Short Bio: I’m the Director of Documentation at salesforce.com, and have been writing and managing in the technical communication industry for over 12 years. I’ve been with salesforce.com since its inception over eight years ago. In that time, I have worked tirelessly to realize two goals I care passionately about: fully integrating the technical documentation team into the product development process, and providing the best, most appropriate user assistance for our customers. I have a B.S. and M.S. in Linguistics from MIT, which led me into technical communication as a way to combine my technical background with my love of language. I was part of the “Big Bang” agile rollout team at salesforce.com almost two years ago, and have been working continuously since then to optimize the agile experience for technical publications.
