Michael Tardiff has been working with teams to deliver software and services for over two decades, in large enterprises and small startups on both coasts and in Europe. He spent the first part of his career as a technical writer crafting timeless prose, then as a product manager constructing requirements documents that no one would read as product manager. As the new millennium dawned, he saw his life becoming measurably and sustainably better when he happened upon XP and then Scrum, and hasn’t looked back since.
Michael currently works with teams that want to learn how to use agile methods or use them better. Nothing makes him happier than “hearing development happen” as teams collaborate, pair-program, and resolve issues…except having a beer or two with the team to celebrate finishing a sprint.
