Agile coach, certified scrum trainer, author of Scrum and XP from the Trenches.
I’ve been into agile since around 2000 when I discovered XP. Been CTO at three companies since then and experimented with how to apply XP and Scrum. Now I work mostly as agile trainer & coach, helping companies execute transitions. During the past year I’ve done a lot of Scrum training and coaching together with Jeff Sutherland, which is inspiring!
I also do quite a few seminars and talks, somehow managed to earn “best speaker award” at two different conferences lately :o)
I’ll be doing three sessions this year:
- Bootstrapping Scrum and XP under crisis - a story from the trenches
- Technical Debt - How not to ignore it
- 10 ways to screw up with Scrum and XP
