Short Bio: Owen Rogers is an Agile coach and consultant. Over the past 7 years, he has helped more than 10 teams make the transition to Agile, specifically XP. Until recently he was a consultant at ThoughtWorks consulting with teams in China, India, Canada, and the UK. He is a regular speaker at Agile conferences and is one of the primary organizers of the Agile Vancouver conference. He is also the project lead for a number of open source tools including CruiseControl.NET, dbdeploy.net and NMock. He lives and works in Vancouver, Canada.
