Companies from small but mature innovation firms, startups to large organisations like Ericsson and ABB. 9 years as agile lobbyist and xp/agile coach in Sweden. Attended all 8 XP200x-conferences. Attended Agile 2007 for a north-american perspective in accordance with my new global role. Now working with Ericsson as the global agile mentor to 2300 people in an R&D organisation with muliple sites in 5 countries, with the majority of all teams committed to go agile in 2008.
