I am a Usability Product Manager at Channeladvisor. While I’ve been working in agile software environments for a long time we have just started using Scrum over the last year and a half.
My role is to improve the usability of CA products that have pretty much been developed by Engineers with intense feedback from users but have still not led to the design of a good user experience.
I have been a Product Manager for over 10 years and have been working on combining techniques from user-centered design into product management for consumer electronics and software products.
