Chief Architect for a group within IBM Rational that runs our communities, developer portals, produce training curriculum, develop and capture methods, and enable partners and customers. Co-author of 2 book, the latest “Agility and Discipline Made Easy - Practices from OpenUP and RUP, Kroll and MacIsaac, Addision-Wesley, 2006.
